vSphere 4 has arrived!

Exactly one month after the announcement of vSphere 4, VMware delivers on their promise. vSphere 4 is finally available for purchase and upgrade! However, don’t jump just yet (VMware will shoot me for saying this). If you’re running products such as Lab Manager, Stage Manager, Lifecycle Manager, Site Recovery Manager or View 3 you don’t want to budge.

Why? Well, they’re not supported yet! When will they be supported, you might be asking? Great question, and as soon as I find out I’ll let you know. My biggest concerns are View and SRM and I’m hearing that they will be supported in the second half of 2009. With View 4 right around the corner I’m assuming this will take that compatibility into consideration.
