Broadening our horizons

I know that we've been a bit quiet on the blog front in the past few weeks, but that's because there's a lot going on behind the scenes both with the blog, and with Interphase Systems in general. I wanted to let you know about some changes that we're going to be making here that you'll start noticing very soon.

Virtualization is an important piece of our business, and will continue to be. However, our team has several other specialties that we'd like to talk about as well. As a result, we've decided to transition this blog from being focused solely on virtualization, to a broader focus on the tech topics that are the most relevant to us and to the market.

For example, Windows 7 is making a huge splash, and it’s only in the release candidate stage. We know that this software is going to be extremely important for our customers, and for the business world as a whole. We have several people here on staff who are dedicating a lot of time to Windows 7 and figuring out all of the ins and outs so we can educate others.

One of our senior technical consultants, Jim Achuff, will be blogging about new features, hiccups, the hidden benefits, and anything else that he comes across to help you prepare for the new release.

In addition to addressing some new topics, the blog is getting a face lift. So stay tuned to see what's coming up, and please let us know if there are any technology issues that you'd like us to address!
